Description

Selected and chosen wine to be bottled by hand from a special and limited edition. Its type of elaboration, labeling and manual sealing, mean that in your hands you hold a unique piece from century-old vineyards.

Sight: Dark cherry color with garnet edge.
Nose: Very expressive and with good complexity. Aromas of very ripe red and black fruit, almost jam, chocolate, spices, coffee, balsamic and mineral hints.
Mouth: Controlled power, tasty, with ripe fruit predominating over the toasted notes. Combination of fresh balsamic with pleasant spices. Polished tannins, long finish and great persistence.

Suggestions

Serve between 16 and 18°C. Store in a horizontal position. Once opened, consume preferably in a maximum of 2/3 days and cover with the cork itself.
